MAS DES INFERMIÈRES x THE LASLETT TERRACE
This summer, Ridley Scott's family-owned vineyard, Mas des Infermières, will showcase its Luberon wines on our beautiful summer terrace! From 21st June through to August 23rd, guests can choose from a dedicated menu of Mas des Infermières’ wines and suggested food pairings as chosen by Ridley and his team. The terrace will be decorated with Mas des Infermières’ playful branding and artwork, illustrated by Ridley himself, including a bespoke, wine cart, bringing the spirit of the vineyard to Notting Hill.
The menu will include:
Source Blanc Floral notes of lime tree, white fruits, and citrus with an exotic nuance. Pairs perfectly with Smoked Salmon & Avocado for lunch and the Pappardelle in Spinach Sauce with Lemon Zest for dinner
Source Rouge Aromatic complexity with fresh spices, ripe black fruits, and fine, elegant tannins. Ideal pairings are the Crispy Duck Burger for lunch and Marinated Chicken Skewers for dinner
Source Rosé Red and exotic fruits with a gourmet palate of fresh fruit and citrus. Perfectly complements The Henderson Toastie for lunch and Chilli Garlic Prawns for dinner

Speaking about the summer terrace, Ridley said ‘My family and I have been coming to Mas des Infermières for over three decades to paint, read and write. We’re extremely proud of the wines we produce at the estate and we’re delighted to bring a taste of our beautiful pocket of Luberon to The Laslett.’
