FAQs
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00pm, and check-out is by 11:00am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, but is subject to availability.
If you arrive early or need to spend a little longer at the hotel during the day, you’re welcome to enjoy our on-site amenities, including The Henderson Bar & Kitchen or Spa treatments in our Wellness room.
Can I leave luggage at the hotel?
Our reception team is happy to assist with luggage storage. All items can be securely stored behind the front desk prior to check-in or after departure. Please note that we will not be able to store bags on any day other than your stay dates.
Can I extend my stay?

Do you have WIFI?
Yes, all hotel guests have access to our complimentary WIFI. You can find the WIFI password in the Guest Directory located in your room, or ask a member of our team for assistance.
Does the property have a 24-hour reception?
Yes, our front desk team is available 24 hours a day to assist with any requests, provide information, or help with check-in and check-out.
Are you family-friendly?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of rooms and spaces ideal for family stays, including our connecting rooms. Upon request, a cot or single bed can also be added to your Master Bedroom Double or Suite.

Can I smoke at the hotel?
Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. We have designated outdoor areas where smoking is permitted.

FAQs
Can I bring my dog?
We’re delighted to welcome your four-legged friends to join you during your stay, it’s up to you who takes the bed! If your pooch prefers their own space, we’re happy to provide a comfortable dog bed, a bowl, and a selection of tasty treats.
We kindly ask for a £30 supplement per dog, which will be donated to the Wild at Heart Foundation, a UK-registered charity dedicated to reducing free-roaming dog populations, saving lives, and inspiring change.

Do you have parking available?
We do not have on-site parking; however, long-stay parking is available nearby. We would suggest Q Park in Queensway or Euro Car Parks, which is located close to Kensington Palace Gardens. Average costs are around £29 - £38 per day.
Where is the nearest transport link?
The Laslett is conveniently located just a short walk from Notting Hill Gate Tube Station, providing access to the Central, District, and Circle lines. From here, you can easily reach key London destinations, including the West End, Oxford Circus, Covent Garden, Kings Cross & St Pancras, and Paddington Station for the Heathrow Express.
Is there a shuttle to/from the airport?
While we do not offer a shuttle transfer service, we are happy to arrange private transportation on your behalf or offer guidance on public transportation options based on your destination. Simply contact the Reception Team at reception@thelaslett.co.uk or call +44 (0)20 7792 6688.
Do you have bicycles?
While we do not have our own bicycles, there are plenty of public bike hire schemes in the local area, including Santander Cycles and Lime bikes. Simply download the app onto your phone and explore.

Do you have twin rooms available?
While we do not have rooms with twin beds, our Master Bedroom Doubles and Master Bedroom Suites can accommodate an additional bed upon request. To enquire, please contact our Reservations team via email at reservations@thelaslett.co.uk, or call on +44 (0)20 7792 6688.
Do you offer connecting rooms or family rooms?

Would one of your rooms accommodate four guests?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate four guests in a single room. The maximum occupancy for our Master Bedroom Double and Master Bedroom Suites is three guests.
However, we can offer connecting rooms, which can accommodate up to six guests in total. To enquire or make a booking, please contact our Reservations Team at reservations@thelaslett.co.uk or call +44 (0)20 7792 6688.
Do the rooms have showers or baths?
Our room categories offer a mix of showers, baths, or a combination of both. Please select your preferred option via the room information page when booking or let our team know your preference when making an enquiry.
How many rooms do you have?
We have 50 rooms spread across five adjoining Georgian townhouses. Our ethos is to provide a home-from-home experience during your stay, combining the style and warmth of a stylish townhouse with the comforts of a London hotel.
To reflect this, our room types include Double Bedrooms or Master Bedroom Doubles, Master Bedroom Suites, and Spare Room Singles or Doubles.

Do you have any suites?
Yes, our largest room is the Master Bedroom Suite, the most spacious accommodation in the house. The suite features a super-king bed with luxury linens, a dedicated workspace, and a dining area, with some suites also including an additional day bed.
All suites feature en-suite bathrooms with either a bath and shower combination, a walk-in rain shower, or a freestanding bathtub. Accessible and connecting rooms are available.

What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy depends entirely on your length of stay and the number of rooms booked. Generally, reservations can be modified or cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the arrival date without charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will be subject to a fee equivalent to the cost of one night’s stay, the full stay, or the applicable cancellation period.
How do I amend or cancel my reservation?
Should you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please notify our Reservations Team by 12:00 PM GMT at least 24 hours before arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Contact details are listed below:

Can I upgrade my stay?

While we will do our best to accommodate your request, room upgrades are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
How can I enhance my stay?

What amenities do you have in the bedrooms?
Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, and a range of in-room amenities, including a complimentary selection of tea and coffee, and award-winning VOTARY skincare products and toiletries.
We also offer a fully stocked minibar with a range of naughty or nutritious snacks and treats, as well as practical essentials such as an umbrella, an adaptor, and a phone charger, available upon request. All VOTARY products, along with our signature scented candle are available for purchase.
Do you have a lift?
Yes, we have two lifts in the hotel which provide access to all five floors.
Is there a laundry service available?
Yes, we do offer a laundry service at the hotel. The usual turnaround time is the same day, provided items are submitted before the specified cut-off time. A laundry form with full details on pricing and timings is available in your room.

Guests can enjoy all-day dining at our Henderson Bar & Kitchen, a relaxed space by day and a sultry Notting Hill hideaway by night. Enjoy Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, or Supper, with menus featuring chef-led, Mediterranean-inspired dishes. Our seasonal small and large plates are ideal for sharing or for enjoying solo.
The bar, along with our unique planted terrace, provides the ideal setting for guests and West London locals to enjoy a glass of wine, a cocktail, or their preferred drink of choice.

Yes, all public spaces of our hotel or dog friendly, including the Henderson Bar and Dining Room. While you dine or enjoy a drink, we have a selection of tasty treats available for your four-legged friend.
Is breakfast included within the standard room rate?
Our standard room rates do not include breakfast. Guests may enjoy our à la carte breakfast, served daily, which can be added during check-in for £26 per person.
Can dietary preferences and allergies be accommodated at the hotel?

We exclusively use Oskia skincare, championed for its nutrient-rich formulas that promote healthy, radiant, and glowing skin. We are also among the first London-based providers of MesoJet’s innovative anti-ageing facial technology, which firms, brightens, and tightens the skin using advanced radiofrequency techniques.

Do you have a gym or fitness centre?
While we do not have a dedicated fitness space on site, all hotel guests can enjoy 50% off drop-in classes at the nearby Blanc Space Studios, situated between The Laslett and Notting Hill’s Portobello Market.
Classes include Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Yoga, and Barre. For longer-staying guests, we also offer a discounted package of 7 classes for £100. Alternatively, we can arrange gym passes at a local fitness centre.

Are there running and cycling routes around the hotel?

Yes, our Henderson Bar, Dining Room, Terrace, and Suites offer refined, intimate spaces ideal for private events, meetings, pop-ups, or showroom experiences.
The Henderson Bar is available for private hire for up to 35 guests, while our Dining Room can offer formal seating for up to 20 guests. Our furnished terrace can accommodate up to 75 guests, with a selection of canapés and buffet-style dishes available.
