Available every Saturday and Sunday in August from 12:00pm to 3:00pm, our limited-edition brunch experience is priced at £30 per person and showcases bold Caribbean-inspired flavours, expertly crafted cocktails, and the unmistakable energy of Carnival season.

Your experience begins with a complimentary glass of Russ Henderson's Punch – a treasured recipe passed down by the legendary Russ Henderson himself – mixed with Mount Gay Rum. Enjoy a main course from our specially curated Carnival menu, accompanied by your choice of a side or dessert for the perfect weekend treat.
