This year marks the 60th anniversary of Notting Hill Carnival, and we’re celebrating with a vibrant Carnival Brunch at The Laslett, created in partnership with Mount Gay Rum.

Available every Saturday and Sunday in August from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm, our limited-edition brunch experience is priced at £30 per person and showcases classic Caribbean flavours alongside our Signature Russ Henderson Rum Punch – a treasured recipe passed down by the legendary Russ Henderson himself, mixed with Mount Gay Rum.

Guests can enjoy a main course from our specially curated Carnival menu, accompanied by their choice of a side or dessert for the perfect pre-carnival pick-me-up.

Inspired by the rich cultural heritage of Notting Hill Carnival, the menu pays tribute to the flavours, music and community that have made this iconic celebration a cornerstone of London’s cultural calendar for six decades.
